Good luck TW, we don't get to start here in Idaho until Monday (which is an odd start day).  If you hunt near the border feel free to push a few across state line for me.  I'll be the guy on the other side of the river waving on monday  :) . Can't wait.

Josh, that is an odd day to start. What's up with that? Unfortunately I won't be hunting on the eastern side of the Cascades this year but, wish you luck and hope a big'n comes by.   :wavey:

Shot my customary 15 arrows tonight. If the animals will cooperate, I think my equipment and I can pull it off. Groups are looking pretty good but, all I really need is that 1 and I'll be a legend in my own mind!    :biglaugh:

I am fired up more so this year than the last few and at 52 years old it shows that hunting is a lifetime endeavor for most. Deer season starts Oct. 15th here in Alabama but squirrel season starts Oct. 1st. I think squirrel hunting improves ones woodsmanship. Good hunting to all of you.
