Why are rests high?
« on: August 17, 2010, 07:00:00 PM »
I'm a 66 yr. old archer. I have always  shot off the shelf, but after reading Vipor's book I am going to try shooting off of a rest. Why are rests mounted as high as they seem to be?
It's not what you look at that's  important-it's what you see.
