twisting dacron endles loop string okay?

I can't get the brace height right with a untwisted string so can I twist this string untill I can get a flemish twist.  How many twist is too many?

Yes you can twist an endlees loop to obtain brace height, I shoot B55 and have to occasionally twist to maintain BH. Go to the how to section on this site ,there you can learn about the different strings used on bows.

You want a minimum of 15 or 20 twists in an endless loop string.  I can't remember the maximum number, but if the string starts to curl up into itself then that's too much.
