How long an arrow do you want to shoot? As Bjorn said, spine to match bow weight will get you started altho many selfbow arrows will spine a bit lower. Much depends on handle design and the bow itself. You should be able to get that kind of weight with fir or ramin, and 700 gr or more with laminated birch.
250 gr is the heaviest glue on BH that I know of, but there are several good ones in the 190-200+ range. The heavy broadhead will increase how much spine you'll need. Do you have any arrow making tools? Feel free to call.
