What inserts do I need for my CF arrows?

I have a set of Game Winner Terminator Carbon Arrows.

The O.D. is 19/64 (.297)"
The I.D. is about .245"

I'm trying to find the right size inserts (for screw in field points),
but all of the inserts I see listed only show that they fit certain
brands & model of CF arrow.

I messed up the inserts when I cleaned them to glue them back in
(they were loose, and I didn't want to have field points come off in
the target). They are plastic inserts. I put a 175 gr. field point in
a drill, screwed the insert to it, and then used fine sandpaper
around the spinning insert to rough them and remove the old
epoxy which hadn't held. Problem is, they got too hot from the
friction and the plastic sort of buckled, forming a ring that was
larger diameter - inside and out. So when I filed away the ring/ridge
it went all the way through and the inserts are now in two pieces
(about 2 or 3 of them). Since I need to buy a few, I might as well
replace all of them.

Not very traditional, I know...
But figuring out what inserts I need is not straightforward & y'all seem to have a lot of knowledge.

You need the standard 5/16" insert for carbons if you ID is about .245,they all have pretty much the same ID.Like Gold Tip's,Beman ICS,Vapors and Carbonwood.You can use inserts from different brand of carbon arrows.Most all your standard 5/16" carbons have a .246 ID and CE Heritage have a .244 ID.They can all use the same insert including the heavier 5/16" brass inserts.
