Got My "Horne's" Traditionalist Today
« on: May 15, 2007, 09:03:00 PM »
I received my 64",50#@28" Traditionalist today. All I can say is WOW!!! This bow is a shooter and is absolutley beautiful. It has a Cocobolo riser, Bacote veneers on the limbs, and Bamboo cores. I visited Mark's shop in February on vacation, and got a chance to shoot some of his bows. They all shot great, but I really liked the Traditionalist the best. Maybe because I have been looking for a nice longbow. I only had recurves before. This bow draws very smooth,is fast, and has no hand shock. I think you would have to look hard to find a nicer longbow.Horne's customer service is also top notch. And the delivery time was unreal. Just over 2 months, for a custom bow is unbelieveable. I will try and get someone to take a few pictures of this beauty and post them.   :goldtooth:

Crooked Stic,
I will have to try and get my sister to take some pics this weekend and post them for me. I don't own a digital camera. If I did I would have already posted them.

I'm with Crooked Stic on this one ...   ;)   I love to pictures of new bows....or old bows for that matter.
