Think about it!!
« on: August 29, 2010, 09:15:00 AM »
When it comes to getting help for another member of the Trad-gang family for whatever reason ie has had all of his bows stolen, broke his one and only bow, can't make an arrow for spit..lol or has had a run of bad luck and is on "hard-times".

You guys have just been the "Tops" and that's exactly what we need and the world needs as far as that goes but we really have to be ready and willing to "step-up" when we see a brother or sister who can use our help in some way.

Sometimes it isn't just "stuff" (equipment) or money that's called for but someone to come along side them and give encouragement(whether its about their shooting skills or lack of). It could be as simple as knowing that we have others who sincerely just care about us because.. they care!

The saying goes and is really a truth.. "no one really cares how much you know, until they know how much you care!"

It's up to each individual how much or little we share with each other but I'm off the belief that it takes a bunch before I start yelling "TMI"..lol

Sometimes I think we need to look to our leaders for permission instead of forgiveness when we reach out to offer or give help others.

We just had such a case here in the last day or so. I hope there's a way found or "cyber-space" found and made available for situations like it.

We can't be in tune with all we could benefit from without the approval and help from the leaders here.

All I'm asking at this point is, Please just think about it.

I get much more out of anything, if I can put something into it. One of my blessing is to be able to give, just something, not always the biggest or best but from the heart. I am always willing to share, my bows, any equipment that's help someone else but most importantly, I'm willing to share myself... because I care.

I prayerfully ask,...... not so much trying for responses to this,..... but just consideration.

Any thoughts?

Thank you for your time and patience.
God bless,Mudd

Mudd.
You really make a person think. Not to long ago I had a post in the prayer section on here. Just the support and offers from people that I don't even know made such a difference. At the time it was nice to know they cared. Looking back they made more of an impact in my life than I knew. I wish I could skake hands and thank everyone of them!  People need people. Even when we think we don't. God bless you Mudd for your giving spirit and challenging us ALL to be better people.

Couldn't have said it as well myself. Thank you for reminding us that we have all been helped by someone in the past and life is better if we pay it forward. Thank you Sir, Travis.
