Jeff always told me his bows like heavy arrows.  If you go up about 10+ lbs. in spine and shoot heavy arrows, you will maintain good arrow flight.

i have a 45@28 longhorn that shoots carbon express thunderstorm youth arrows like darts.  they are 29" long and are for bows in the 30-50 range...not very expensive either!
