Black Widow PA's Who loves em?
« on: August 29, 2010, 11:32:00 AM »
I have been trying to convince myself that I need a 1PC curve again and I think I have myself fooled (it was easier than I care to admit). decided that until Bill Dunn offers one a PA will do. They seem to be on the rare side.Who has em? Tell me what you think abot em please. Also pics if its not too much trouble.

            Thanks,Izzy

I don't think they're rare at all.  They still make them.

I have a PAX .. very smooth fast bow. I like the lighter weight of the bow compared to a TD BW. If you wouldlike pictures just let me know. Olvie ash with Leapord wood.

Izzy, I think Ken Thornhill has one. I'll bet you if he does he would let you try it out. I think it's your kinda poundage to!!!

I bought one a couple years ago 53@28 60" to rehab a separated shoulder.  Shot it a lot and really liked it.  Typical widow quality smooth and shoots hard and quiet whats not to like.  Can never have to many widows..  pm me if your interested I may sell it dont shoot it much anymore since going back to my heavy takedowns.  Bryan

Actually, Izzy; I have a PTFV.  I like it better than the PA's.  I'm with Irish on this one. I got it a while back, and don't shoot it, because it is a little on the light side, but then I'm not getting any younger.
It is 49@29", and got it from a Trad ganger. It is named 'Butter', and the name fits.
I'm not interested in selling it, but you are certainly welcome to borrow it to see if you like it.
