Just wondering if anyone has any insight into the area SW of Hot Springs, SD?
My plans got changed and I'm now looking at deer in the Black Hills, pronghorns on the grasslands, or both.
Scouring the maps and photos now.

What, plans meaning bison tag.....?
Lots of deer around HS but they had a big winter kill maybe it was last year? I saw more mulies in teh mix in that immediate area when I was there two years ago. Lots of WT all thru there.

Ha, yeah that would be it. So I figure I'd spend the rest of the time either in the Hills or bumming around the public land in the SW corner waiting on goats or chasing mulies/whitetails.
