Never pass up a chance to talk to a ganger.
« on: September 09, 2010, 05:40:00 PM »
I know we all realize and respect what we have at our cyber-campfire. I have had the chance to speak with several of the gang on the phone and find myself in awe of the collection of folks we been lucky enough to draw here. I realize that talkin to folks you really dont know can be ackward but please take every chance you can. I have found everyone I've talked to personable and a true joy, it just makes the whole experience here that much better.

It is truly amazing the power that this site has in bringing us all together. I have made several friends on here that would have never been possible without Tradgang!!   :archer:

Everyone that I have met that shoots traditional is down to earth, and always good for conversation.  Must be something about drifting back in time.

Amen,

I have never met a person that has not been extremely personable or generous with me.  It is really refreshing to know good folks are still around ... and lots of them.

I am reminded daily that the best way to have a friend is to be a friend and no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

My perfect day is when I can find someone to do something for that they can never repay me.

I get a soft heart when I see needs that I can do something about and shame on me if I don't take advantage of the opportunity.

The most powerful thing I can do for anyone is to pray for them, the rest is mostly easy because its just stuff.

Steve Clandinin, Thanks for the kind words but any book I could write would fall way short I'm afraid.

Besides my book of philosophy's' has already been written a little less than 2,000 years ago.

I am positive I couldn't do better than that one but I do, even if I do say so myself, make a pretty cool hat...lol

I'd like to add:  and never pass up the opportunity to meet a fellow Trad-Ganger in person if you get the chance.

ncrecurveman, you can't be too far down the road from me.  ;)
