"no frills" RER??
« on: May 18, 2007, 10:18:00 PM »
Does anyone have any experience with the bare bones Arroyo?  The price is right up my alley.  What color is the riser?  Does anyone have any pics?  Thanks in advance.

I don't have any pics of mine...my wife got me a 54"r for my bday...you won't care much about the looks after you shoot it...they perform...very pointable, very fast, very easy to shoot.

Seen a few of the "Bare Bones" RER bows a couple months ago. Lots of lamiated risers in different Dymondwood patterns, do not remember any with solid risers, but it is listed as an option. Lims a Brown or Black glass.  Either way they still shoot as well as the fancy ones for a fraction of the cost. You can always dress up this limbs with some snake skins and Skin-Ez wraps.
Look at the RER web-site for some pics

Give them a call and ask what they have in stock. Ya may get one that is not so bare bones for only a bit more. I just talked to them thje other night and they have some nice basic ones for a good price. I also echo what Brian(bjk) said! Shawn

Take a look at the website  www.rerbows.com   it should have all the info. Are you asking about the black glass or brown glass bows and basic woods? Take a look at the basic woods on the site.<><<><
