Stuck in the city hunting (pics)

I can't get out to the woods until this weekend, but somehow my Whip still managed its first kill in the city (backyard with a fence)! I will let you know if in town squirrel tastes any different than country squirrel! By the way, I had to "stalk" this guy about five steps but it was still fun and exciting. I will take a hunt any way I can get it!

Nice kill, what city are you stuck in?
I feel sorry for ya, I moved to the city (St. Charles) to be closer to my work and only made it for 2 years and about lost my dang mind!
I'm back in the country now and I feel like I can breath again.
You can take the boy outa the country but you can't take the Redneck outa the boy!

I was tempted myself today.Squirrels were busy in the hood and I was on call for work with some kid things thrown in the mix as well so I couldnt roam the woods.Had a big bunny next to my patio but gotta wait til Friday in NY. Nice shooting there and sweet bow..

Good on you!
If you get the urge to hunt the only thing that will salve it is to hunt, where ever you are.
I can tell you that those city squirrels are every bit as tasty as the ones from the deep woods.
Nice shooting but it looks like it might have been made even easier with a nice looking bow.
God bless,Mudd

Nice Shot,
Most of my time is spent on a college campus. Ya'll should see the size of the squirrels on the University of Alabama campus. I've shot a thousand walking to class everyday. ha using imagery....

That's a shame Bama, they are most tender when they are young and small. Too many bleeding heart Libs on campus though, I can understand why you can't stick a few....you would probably have PETA knocking on your dorm room door.
"Knock...knock....
Yes.....may I help you?"
Excuse me Tyler, but what's that smell coming from your room?
"Why...that's fried squirrel!..Y'all want some?"

The quest to improve is so focused on a few design aspects & compensating for hunter ineptness as to actually have reduced a bow & arrow’s effectiveness. Nothing better demonstrates this than mech. BHs & speed fixated designs
