After less than adequate penetration out of the large 160 snuffers that I was shooting, I decided to go with a lower profile three blade.  After some research and conversation I decided on the 200gr. Woodsman Elite.

Expensive, yeah maybe a little but the Ashby heads are 30+ for a sinlge head.  So maybe not too bad.

Out of the package (sharp), but not "hunting" sharp to most of us.  So with a Smiths diamond hone, I gave each of them some work on the coarse diamond then some attention with the fine.  In about five minutes I had all three of them crazy sharp.  These are by far the sharpest heads I have ever been able to put in my quiver.  To say im excited about trying them on a deer is an understatement.
So far so good and based on their ease of sharpening I would recommend them to just about anyone that is sharpening challenged like myself.

Hopefully here soon I will update with some pics of penetration on a deer or one of the pesky coyotes on the farm.

Just thought I would share.
