I have 2 Dalaa risers and limbs for making both 58" and 60" bows. Limbs in my inventory 60" = 45lb, 50lb, 55lb, and 60lb. as for 58" bow limbs = 55lbs
I got excited about how accurate the Dalaa is. How easy the limbs exchange, relatively low cost, tuneability, quietness, the speed is incredible and so now, all my Dalaa stuff is in search of a new owner. See, I got excited about a Mathews compound when i returned to archery in 2007 after a 30 year lay off. I bought the compound and in a few weeks was shooting it better than I had ever shot a trad bow even after years and years of practice 30 years ago. I wanted to see how I could do shooting trad gear again so I bought an old bear bow. I drew it back, the first trad shot in 30 years, aimed at the target from 15 yards (now I was driving tacks with the compound at 30 yds).....shazam...my arrow missed by a mile, I couldn't find my butt with both hands with trad gear so promptly sold my Mathews. I guess that is why my Dalaa gear has been gathering dust these last several months. I can't see me shooting this bow and knowing it is really more of the bow forgiving my technique flaws than my skill being the reason I was shooting so well. Bottom line, the Dalaa is a great bow and if you shoot one, you will see why it is popular and they are selling truck loads of them...
