Great review Kenneth. I just bought one off the classifieds and should have it by Monday. It's a one piece. If I like it as much as I think I will, I'll have to get back on Jim's list for a 2pc. Waitings easier if you already have a Buff and a TC to play with. How many of Jim's bows are in your Stable now?
Good Luck hunting!

Dan,  I have a Dalmation Buff and the 2pc Thunder Child but as soon as I get the funds I'm gonna order a 2pc. Buffalo bow.

I look foward to the day that I get the opportunity to run the Thunder Child.

The bow visually, on paper and from the many positive comments warrants a closer look.

Neat looking bow. I really like it's name and the 56" length. Good luck with it.

Kenneth, the TC came today and I had to rush home from work to catch some daylight to at least see how she feels. Oh Boy, your review is spot-on! Sooo smooth, fast, and quiet as a Mouse Fart! I just love how she points. What a bow. Oh, and of course Jim's workmanship is just flawless. I'm loving the Tiger Myrtle, and it looks perfect with the Ziricote Riser. I'm gonna have to call Jim and "Beg" him for a spot on the list for a 2pc as soon as I catch-up on a couple things. Now, to start the agony of choosing the woods. Lol! I've seen a few stunning Gray Stained Quilted Maple bows lately I can't get off my mind. Ain't life Grand when you Go Trad?

Awesome tree stand bow--I like the "pick a spot" saying on it!

Dan,  good deal brother!!  I love that Tiger Myrtle and I'm seriously considering it for bow #3 from Jim.  The hardest part about ordering one of Jim's bow is not the wait since it takes me that long to make up my mind what wood combo I want.

I did some fine tuning and this bow eats up the GT 5575's with Big Jim broadheads on the end.  I don't think Rhinehart new about the BJ broadhead when they made the warranty on the 18-1 target.  :)

Kenneth you're right about her tolerance for arrows, and I'm already confident enough to take her hunting this week. As a matter of fact, I'm loving her so much that she is now my Go-To Bow. Gotta get a 2pc for sure. I'm using CE 30-50's with 225 grain Interseptors for a 510 grain total arrow weight. I'm getting just short of 50# out of her at my draw and she really spits an arrow with speed and authority. I love this bow! I'm leaning towards AmberBoo core with Dirty Boo Limbs, and the heaviest Riser wood Jim can get.

Dan,  yep the little TC's are awesome shooters  and they grow on ya real fast!  I didn't see any pics of yours posted.  Show her off a little!    :readit:

I'll try to get some more pics this weekend with my Slim Jim quiver mounted on the bow and hopefully I can talk John into making me a 4 arrow Pro quiver to match since I'll mostly be using 3 blade heads.
