Mr. Tred Barta, KUDOS+++

I know others probably said this, but feel cann't be said enough.  Seen Mr. Barta after his stroke shoot a deer, not with a gun, crossbow, nor compound, but longbow.  Not the greatest hit, but even quad's have bad hits.  I am impressed that mr. Barta not only represents traditonal archery in a strong and good light, but he also shows the moxey that a man must posses to proceed in life and realize that there is more even when one valued trait is taken away, thank you  Mr. Tred, keep your string waxed!!

I spent some time with the Man this summer at a fishing event out here.  All I can say is that he is even larger in person than what we see on TV.  It was an honor to have met him and have him sign my bow and a much lesser honor for him I am sure receiving my home made arrow.  Too bad it wasn't my arrow that hit the deer.

VS channel better stick with him as he is only getting better.

He is amazing.  Loved it when the larger racked deer came in and he made the comment that his smaller buck was the trophy deer.  The bear hunt from the wheel chair with the dogs was also awesome.

I have the highest respect to people like Tred,I haven't ever seen his shows but I know his story.
He is a great man.

Great post, I couldn't agree more and feel the same way as the Gang. I Tred a lot of credit. I don't know if I could have bounced back with the same enthusiasm as Tred. The man has a big heart.
