Do you want a soft sided case or a hard case? Several sponsors have them.  Safari Tuff makes a good soft sided case.    click here for safari tuff
3 Rivers, Bob Lee, Black Widow, and i am sure there are other sponsors here offer soft sided as well as hard cases for take down longbows.

I made a case for my Custom Kodiak T/D out of a cut-off scrap of hollow-core closet door, some poplar craft boards, pine scraps and an assortment of brass hardware:
