I'll probably go out on my own that morning. Nothing beats a morning in the woods, big Thanksgiving dinner then falling asleep on the couch watching football.

I plan on hunting pheasants on my father-in-law's ditch banks during the "mid-day lull". Good luck.

It was a family tradition in our house before my brother and I grew up and left home. My dad and brother and I would always go out for "Ruffs" with our side by sides and our dog, Mickey. Gosh do I miss that sometimes.

Growing up our family always went bird hunting, birds are rare these days. We still try to hunt something be it birds, rabbits or deer. Great memories.

Paige and I have been doing this for about 4 years now, she just asked me the other day if we were going out on Thanksgiving morning, she really does look forward to it. Todd

No better way to give thanks, or to remind you of all that you have to be thankful for, in my opinion.
