Tags are OTC. Unit 12 has good bear numbers and is a 2 bear unit mostly due to limited access. Make sure and check what the winter has been like, access in early Spring can be difficult due to snow. Were you planning to bait? You can buy a bear tag on line but if you are baiting you have to go to a regional fish n game head quarters to get your bait permit.
