My new R/D long bow
« on: November 27, 2010, 08:33:00 AM »
A very good friend of mine built this bow for me, just got it last night. Its 64", 58# @ 29. The riser is walnut and the veneers are Bubinga w/ walnut and blood wood tips and overlays. I let him pick the woods and when he described them over the phone I though it seemed an odd combo. I love it!

Close, but no cigar. I guess the link works, but I was hoping for the pic to be there. I'll get it!

Good luck with it!
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
