They are very nice folks and make a quality bow. I have both a recurve and a longbow from them and they are top drawer.   Very smooth to draw and very quick and very quiet. You will not be disappointed.

I don't have an Arroyo, but do own a Retro and really like it. I second everything everyone has already said about the bows and the Termatt's. A quality bow at a good price, and I have said this before, QUITEST bow I have ever shot..  RW

Never shot the Arroyo but want one someday.  I've owned and shot several of their bows.  Kevin and Sue put their hearts into each bow.  Great bows from great people.  If there is ever an issue, they will make it right.

I have owned a 54 inch and a 58 inch Arroyo, they were both very nice looking and shot nicely. I also owned 2 Black Widows TFs at the same time, a 56 inch and a 58 inch. They were all nice bows, I liked the mass weight of the BW TFs...Both RER and BW were great to deal with. Last year I sold my bow collection and used the cash to buy tools and built a small shop to start building my own bows..Before selling my bows I ended up trading the 58inch Arroyo and some cash back to RER for a XR recurve. The XR was an awesome bow, I loved the grip and like the Arroyo it had excellent cast. I really like a bow with some mass weight to it and if I were to have Kevin build me another Arroyo I would ask him to add some extra glass or phenolic to the riser..
