Any PICS of Kwik Styk TD Bows?
« on: December 20, 2010, 12:02:00 PM »
Hey all,

I see a LOT of great comments about these bows and I don't know if I have ever actually seen one.  The people that own these bows, whether the TD LB or TD Recurve, seem to really love them.

So Kwik Styk Owners how about stepping up and telling us that are in the dark about your bows and why you love them so.  Of course PICS to accompany your story is mandatory....well it might not be mandatory, but it should be in an instance like this.

So lets hear it and hopefully SEE THEM.

TD Longbows especially.

Thanks for your time and help.

I have this 56" 55# Kwyk Styk, it is Charcoal dymondwood riser, rosewood wedges and black glass limb veneers,  I had Jack put rosewood for the arrowhead in the riser rather than the normal antler, and a rosewood thumbrest along with narrowing the throat and diameter of the grip from his normal size. I also have a 54" Kwyk Styk due next month from Jack. I guess all I can say is everything you have read on them is true. I do like the static tip over the regular curve limbs, feels smoother and is a touch quicker....

Wow these keep poping up now that I have been hawking the sights for one.
I think the 56" in a 47#-53# would make a great blind stand bow.
Keep the pictures coming and keep me in mind for a static limb recurve if you want to sell.

Great start Froggy.

You have a one year waiting list for all of Jack Kempf bows right now. I spoke with Jack last week and he is busy as heck.

Shoot me a PM and I will send photos off to you.

There was a similar thread not too long ago with pics that I am sure you can search and find.  They have my attention as well!
