After watching Master of the Barebow 3 and putting Rod Jenkins method into practice I can tell you that it can be learned from the video. I can aslo say I made more progresss since that movie came out than the years just trying to learn to shoot instinctively through practice.

Well, I guess if you have figured it all out on your own and your accuracy is acceptable to you, then there's no need to watch someone else telling you how they do it.
