how do you tan a beaver tail?
« on: December 29, 2010, 05:07:00 PM »
growing up there was an old strip mine with 4 big lakes behind my parents house, they are still there ,we use to trap beavers there, with my dad and 2 older brothers ,im wanting to get back into -it,my dad always tanned the beaver hides ,but never did anything with the tails ,so im gonna start doing it and tan the tails also ,so im needing some pointers on the tail portion of tanning..thanks.
