My arrows are 416 grains this year--9.02 GPP. I'm going to try to bump that by 100 grains before April. I'll go with the next spine heavier and replace my 100 grain broadhead with 150 grains.
Using Stu's Calculator on your set-up:
Arrow: Length 32" (2" longer than draw), 2117, 125 grn BH, 3-5" feathers, 20grn insert 58.4# spine.
Bow: 45# @ 28", your draw 30", 0.0 Centershot - 57.5#
This should work very nicely with a 546 grain arrow.
It appears to me that the 2016 would be much too light unless your bow is cut 1/16th past (minus)centershot then you are within 2 pounds of arrow spine and bow weight.
