looking for bowstring info/ new member

hi guys fairly new member looking for a new flemish string, im not sure exactly what i need. plenty on e-bay but ive never been much of a gambler.bear recurve amo 60 50# 28 my comfortable brace height seems to be 7 3/4. any recommendation on a nice string for this bow. what strand? a 12 compared to 16 strand how slow are my arrows flying due toa heavier string and will my 9/32 nocks fit on what strand string best.any info will be appriciated.

thanks guys ill checkout the sponser links.and thanks for the info. how long should a string last? and what warning sign is there to replace it. my flemish string is showing a little sign of small hairs,i wax it and it seems fine while shooting.but saftey is first.

If you have a string, measure it's length. If not a 60in bow should take a 57in string.

its a recuve not a longbow i was told recurves need a 4 inch shorter sting than ammo 60 wich would be 56

Let the string guys tell ya what ya need.  Once they know what bow ya have they can work the magic.....
