Hoodies
« on: January 03, 2011, 12:40:00 PM »
I am making it a point to not wear cotton cloths while hunting and so far I have been warmer. One thing I need is a hoodie that is not cotton.  Up until now, I have had a Champion hoodie but need a new one.  I love hoodies and hope to find one soon, so what one should I get for hunting?

I use a fleece pull over style hood(not a shirt type hood) you can get them from any of the big chain stores.

Can't beat Ron's "Longhunter" with separate hood or Teresa Asbell's hooded products. Look great and won't cost you a arm and a leg. Plenty warm and great for layering. Good luck.

I have an olive Under Armor hooded sweat shirt that I got as a gift. Its made of Poly material like there  shirts and works great.
I am going to buy one of those Asbel wool pullovers, they look trad and warm.
