Every afternoon I would step outside to shoot a bit and the birds would fly directly over my house.  I'd see them coming and run for cover so I wouldn't get bombed.  I have never seen as many blackbirds in a flock as these, seemed to streatch for miles.

My guess is it was a great year for blackbirds but possably too great and nature is thinning the herd.

My wife works for the town's newspaper and she and the owner are the only employees.  Since Beebe can be compared to Mayberry from the Andy Grifith show you might understand how small it is.

The wife says she has been fielding calls from Britain, Canada and various other countries about this situation.  Who would of thought little ole Beebe would be in the world spotlight?

At least I can shoot in peace once again.

Sonic canon?   Aimed at a black bird roost?   Aimed at the water, the poor bottom huggers would get the worst end of it, could be two different scenarios if a virus or something is found in the fish, it still could be a test of some kind in the water. However, if earth falls away from your feet down there real fast, it could be the earth quake scenario, but I doubt that will happen unless it is made to happen.  What would happen if a cell phone tower was turned on full blast? .

Many birds migrate at night and if they are booted off their roost (at night) they have to fly to another roost.

Hold a fluorescent tube up near the antennae of a very high powered CB on a truck and see what happens.

That post is scary.

Not so much in the Eutimes report, there were enough errors in it to make me giggle. Pretty obvioud propaganda.

But the bloggers responses.  I am amazed by the lack of brains in a lot of folks.

Nope no change here except an increase of the same old stuff.  The article does give insight and an explanation that makes sense.

The same did happen in Sweden(europe) just a few days after it happened ine Bebee and in Lousiana, so who knows whats going on.

The birds that fall from the sky in Sweden was Jackdaws.
