Sand Storm Longbow
« on: June 04, 2007, 11:41:00 AM »
Has anybody heard of a Sand Storm Longbow? Any idea who built/builds the bow. I picked one up Saturday at a reasonable price. It is 64", 50#@28" and appears to be a Bubinga and maybe Ash or Maple riser and brown glass on the back/belly of the limbs over??? It's a nice shooting bow. I've been waiting about 3 years now for the fella to decide to sell it.

I haven't taken any pics of this one, yet.  I'll post some eventually!

I'm told the Sand Storm was built in AZ, if that helps anyone.  The bow has fairly wide limbs and a good bit of D/R.
