The Texas Shootout Javi Hunt

Is anybody going to this?

A few TG sponsors will be there.

I plan on attending myself, and it would be nice to meet some of you guys out there.

I have been to the last 5. It looks like I may miss this year. Due to recent surgeries I may not be in good enough condition. I am holding out that there will be openings when I know for sure about my ability to walk. It is a special event for me.

Paul, that looks like lots of fun.  I may plan on that for my son and I next year.

I can't wait. It will be nice to see a bunch of trad guys there as well.

I'm looking forward to checking out Sarrel's bows as he is one of the sponsors of this site and the shootout.

If anyone else is going shoot me a pm so we can hook up down there.

I rented a Jeep and that will be my home for 5 nights. Just got to bring the inflatable mattress and fold down the seats.

I sure wish they would have it at the Callahan Ranch again, then I would be there for sure.

At Callahan you almost had to hunt the roads in most parts of the ranch because of the thorny stuff. At the new ranch, you can hunt off the roads, wide open in most places, great walking.
I liked Callahan, but I like the new ranch better.

I would love it, but I don't see it happening this year.
Ask me about CTO.
