Equal weight and spine, different shaft material

Assuming an arrow has the same weight, fletching and proper spine will the trajectory be different for carbon, cedar or aluminum? Does a front end loading arrow have a different trajectory than an arrow of equal weight that isn't EFOC.  Thanks for your help, Jim
