South Texas Deer Leases?

With the popularity of hunting especially in texas finding a lease is tough today, i thought with the economy the way it is there would be a lot of stuff open up but i was wrong. Does anyone know of any land for lease or have a group of guys that need 1-4 more guys. I figured if i have to hunt with stangers might as well be trad guys.

For those not from texas that dont have to get a lease to hunt consider yourselves lucky!

Most of the places in that mag are extremely high dollar, also most of the good places are found through friends or contacts, thats why i am trying this site.
