Bow Hush-Hush Puppies
« on: June 08, 2007, 12:57:00 PM »
Have a new bow, a R/D longbow, and am experiementing with different strings..

Figured I may as well experiment with silencers as well..

One String has Beaver and one has Rubber Cat Wiskers...

Should I order both???  I also have a 50's style recurve coming..

What combos should I try???

Most longbows don't need Bow Hush as it was designed to stop string-limb slap on recurves.

But the Hush Puppies will work nice for sure.

Dangit that reminds me...I gotta get some Hush Puppies headed my way for my longbow.  I have tried just about all the string silencers I have on hand and it still makes some racket...I have NO doubt the HP's will work...just gotta get off my lazy rear and order em.
