Has anyone used this dipper with oil based enamel paints like rustoleum on woodies, and what were your results/opinions/advice?

i tried latex once and it was terrible! Lately i have been hooked on stains. They are much easier and look great. I use a water based polyurethane in my dip tube cut down with water. I can dip then in the house now.

Still hoping for someone who has tried an enamel and this tool to chime in with their thoughts.

The gasket systems are designed to work with very thick finishes like gasket lacquer. The gasket will wipe off practically all of a normal finish or paint.
Thin your Rustoleum a bit and it will dip pretty well.

Thanks Rick. Any suggestions on a thinning ratio to start with?
