Not that I would fib if anyone did ask...you know me...honesty is the ONLY policy.
Since you mentioned it, this is my chance to tell it like it is.
It shouldn't come as a big surprise that those who scout properly first, then spend the most time on stand, usually reap the best rewards.
And I have seen you do exactly that.
I have seen you give up your morning hunts, scouting thru mid day...hunt according to what you have seen, and then sit the long afternoon and evening hours.
I won't give away any of your techniques. Each hunter has his own.
You've hunted pigs for over 25 years, you should know how you want to do it.
And I must say that even when i say, "Sorry Bill...those spots are promised for the next group," you listen.
Because you like fresh spots and so do all the other guys coming after you.
It's cool to have enough places so hunters can get a change of real estate and what I would expect when I go hunting.
