Bow restoration--Who?
«

I have a very rare set of white wood-and-glass limbs that are mechanically perfect but a bit scratched up and badly yellowed. Would like to have them refinished to go with an equally rare riser in mint condition. Who do y'all recommend for such work?

Whip would be my choice if I sent out another bow for refinish work. Had a long drawn out 2 year wait for a refinsish elsewhere.

You people are going to have him hike his price if you keep this up, so I'll say Bow Doc or Droptine 59.

I've never had one refinished but am thinking about sending a 1969 Bear SuperMag I just bought to be done. I have heard great things about both Bow Doc and Whip. They would be the only ones I would consider to do the work.
