Need advice for a hunt in early March
«

Hey all I just got the approval from my wife to find a hunt for my birthday in early March. Looking for advice on where to go, state and place. Hoping for a place in the US, also she might get too jealous if I went to Hawaii so that is probably out. Pigs, Turkey, Javelina, really anything fun and tasty would work for me. I just don’t know the seasons in the Southwest or south. Stuff up here in Montana is locked up during that time other than rabbits. Thanks for the help.

Hogs in Texas would be it and you could add turkeys, javies, bowfishing.

Take your wife to Hawaii!
Second choice for me would be javies in south Texas. Some parts of the state are closed by then, but further south they are open all year. They are one of my all time favorite animals to bowhunt.

I second the mention for Ray's place. Great fella with plenty of turkeys and pigs. I went last March and will be there again this year. You should look into it.

Shiloh ranch in Ada Oklahoma, just got back from my 9 year of hunting there. You won't find a better place to go.

Hog Wild Outfitters near Indiantown,Fl.
Ft. Lauderdale airport is a little over an hour away.
Excellent hunting for free-range hogs on big ranch. They specialize in spot and stalk but also offer stand hunting. No dogs or buggies.
Fair prices,too.

Awesome, I will begin looking into all the recommendations. I haven’t been on in some time. I've been busy with other parts of life, family, work etc. Tradgang always wows me with all the helpful, thoughtful and generous people here. I’ll keep checking back and let you know what happens.
