Does anyone know the turn-time on Asbell Macks, from order to receipt?  I can't seem to get through to them...Are they made-to-order, or do they stock them ready to ship?

They had about 200 of them at the Trad. Expo a few weeks ago. A friend and I each bought one. They are sweet for the $50-60 they cost. Hand made quality. They should have plenty of stock.

I've gotten a couple of the pullovers and most of the time it takes a week to 10 days.

Seems like it was less than 10 days when I ordered mine and that was with a "special request" wool pattern.

I know they were at Kalamazoo. Might not be home yet. They make a trip to Florida this time of year as well. Can't beat Teresa's product for cost or quality. If you can't wait contact Ron LaClair. His "longhunter shirt with head cover" is also top notch.

It was maybe 8, 10 days for mine.  I don't recall exactly but it wasn't very long.  It was last summer so they might be a little busier now right after the expo.

I've got two of their wool products, a hooded vest and a pullover without the hood. Both are top quality and the fit it right on the money. I emailed Teresa, got the total including shipping and sent her a check. Turn around was less than 10 days.

Mine took a few weeks--ordered at a busy time before Christmas and shows.  It was worth it; great colors.

I think so.  When moving (like snowshoeing) I wear a t-shirt and long sleeved shirt under it.  If I am sitting I add a polarfleece 200 type jacket as a liner and windblocker vest over that.  Also usually polypro long underwear and a pair of wool bibs.

Soooo.  It is a good layering system.  You can also remove the cape and it is like their pullover jacket without it.
