Two questions
« on: June 10, 2007, 10:13:00 PM »
I have a Vortex longbow and a Shrew chameleon on the way . My first question is what is the best wrist position for these types of longbows ,Low ,Medium , or high . I love to shoot them but I am not sure how I should be griping them , I also have been having alot of wrist and elbow pain in my bow arm due to tendionides problems . My second question is about arrow nocks , where can I buy the aae nocks . My bow shop used to have them and put them on all the Easton legacy arrows but for some reason they have stopped carring them and they are my favorites.
Thanks for your time,
Mike

I like to shoot all longbows low wrist heel down.  That along with a broken elbow may also help your elbow pain as well.
