My opinion on the Sky/Dalaa/Titan decision would be to forget the TDX.
The Sky is well made, nicely finished, overpriced and does not fit my hand or shooting style well.
The advertised shock absorber is well advertised but I could not feel less shock between and of the 3 risers/bow combinations.
I will probably sell the Sky in the near future.
The Titan and Dalaa are of equal quality and both fit my hand and shooting very well. I use only the carbon foam Hoyt limbs in both at this time.
All 3 risers are CNC machined on computerized milling machines. No apparent differences there.
I cannot tell if the inserts for the limb bolts are stainless steel. There are chrome disulfide finishes that can be applied to stainless to make it black and non-reflective.
The Marine Corps uses these finishes on the SS barrels on the M40 series of sniper rifles.
Brandon, I was in H/2/5 in VietNam from 1968 through 1970. Then I became an armorer and built rifles for the USMC, including the M40 series.
Back on topic I like both the Dalaa and the Titan, I will probably keep both for a while.
I bought the Titan used, as new, from a TG member and the Dalaa, new from 3 Rivers.
Let me know if any further questions.
Semper Fi Brandon.
