Yea it is but you gotta pay for the tag and if they dont pick you , you get a refund. Its like 320 I think for muley. A little too much for me this year.

thanks for the replies don't really care to hunt in the heat get plenty of that here,hows the weather in oct in the mountains? eastern Wy,Idaho?
