Yep, most aluminum screw in adaptors weigh between 23 and 42 grains. Steel screw in adaptors can weigh 75-125 grains. When looking at a glue on it is the weight of the head only, you will then add the above adaptor weights to that depending on which one you use. I like the 42 gr long aluminum personally. So a 125 glue on head with my adaptor weighs around 160 grains after sharpened up. If you buy a screw in from the factory the weight is already totalled for you. If for example you look at a screw in Wensel Woodsman that weighs 150gr it is the same as a 125 glue on just already has the aluminum adaptor in it.
