Hill bows and Stus calculator
« on: February 21, 2011, 01:08:00 PM »
I've been fooling around with Stu Millers calculator and wondered what bow type to select for bow inputs. Among all the bows, the Hill bow isn't listed. The Hill is a straight limb bow and the only thing that comes close is the Martin Stick. If I select generic longbow/selfbow there is a big difference in bow input between the two. What are you Hill guys using as bow input? Pup

Oops, my mistake. I see where the Great Northern Tradbow and the Allen Boise Liberty English have the same bow input as the generic longbow/selfbow. I misread, the Martin Stick isn't listed and I clicked on the Bob Lee Stick. Big difference! Pup

I'd reckon that the Liberty is cut more to centre than the Howard Hill longbows as made by Craig ...
