Griz Stiks parallel shaft Banshees and Stu Miller
« on: February 25, 2011, 06:55:00 PM »
You guys who have these Grizzly Stiks Banshee 500's and 600's and have been having troubles tuning them should hold on to those shafts a little longer.
I was curious about shaft characteristics today, so I e-mailed Stu(heckuva nice guy, BTW)with a couple questions. At first he simply told me that due to the tapered extreme front weighted shafts, he would be unable to calculate them. I e-mailed him back telling him that they were parallel, uniform wall thickness shafts. He was excited about that and went to work finding the data on them. It didn't even take him an hour before he e-mailed me back saying he had the data and was able to crunch some numbers for me.

Keep those shafts, boys, the Banshees will be in the database on the next calculator update.

Now, if he could just do that for tapered shaft AD's....  I know its a bugger....

Not that I need the info...  I got mine nailed...  but it would help others....
