Question for Widow shooters

What changes were made when they went from the LAG to the PL?Going to get a Widow longbow,had their recurves but not longbows

I am quite certain they changed everything! New limb design and grip. You can still order a PL with a LAG grip if you prefer though.

Yep, limbs were redesigned and grip was change to more of a longbow grip, although you can still order a PL with the LAG style grip.  I prefer the LAG grip, but the PL is definately a better performing bow compared to the LAG.  If you can get the older LAG for a good price, I would still pick it up though.  Although the PL is a better performer, the LAG is still a great shooting longbow.

Personal preference on the grips,I prefer the PL grip over the LAG grip.

Not to sure what they changed becauise I never owned a LAG, but I can tell you I love my PL's

Diddo on the PL love.  I own two and have killed elk, deer, antelope, and small game with them.  They are fast.  One comment, i like mine with a quiver and several arrows attached.  I think the extra mass stabilizes my shot arm.  I would recommend them to anyone.
