The trails end doesn't have the colored points in the riser. Other than that I see no difference. I have both and they shot about the same.

Never heard of a "Bad Medicine" from Dale....but then again, he could have made some.  Best to give Dale a call and he can give you the rundown on the bow names.

First off, his business trade name:  Trail's End.  That is Dale's three-piece takedown....essentially his standard TD bow.  Here are a couple:

This is kind of unique...wood wise: Hearts o' Palm

Another Trail's End:  wild Macassar Ebony with Cocobolo accents and Pacific Yew limbs.

Swift Medicine bows are one of Dale's one piece bows.  Here's one Dale made in 1986.

The Medicine Point is Dale's top-of-the-line bow with pierce points laminated in the riser.

Here's a one piece called Good Medicine...

I just bought one yesterday off of our classified section, can't wait to see it in person. I had two in the past but like an idiot I sold them, now it's time for some redemption.

I wonder if Dale does his won lettering. It is extremely artistic as are his bows. I just refinished a Medicine Point and the riser work is just great. As too the grip. I am having a rough time deciding if I like The Habu, or the Dye better. There are things about each one I like and don't like. The Habu fits me better than the Dye but I know some guys like the Dye best. The two I have are both about the same grip but the palm swell is more pronounced and the flat is much wider on the Dye. Both feel really good but definately different. If you shoot off the shelf the Dye has the closest shelf to hand I have ever seen and that includes my own bows. anyway the man is a fantastic artist and I would expect his bows to be highly values colledtables.
God Bless you all, Steve

I did not know he made one-piece bows.  Dang, add one more to my "want list".

Those are nice looking works of art. Does Dale have a website or a catalog/order form to look at and order?
