I have 2 Peregrines and 2 1/2 Silver Foxes and I find that the silver foxes seem to fit me better;
and seem to be the ones that I reach for first---
but it is probably just me as I had the foxes first.

Todd,

the bow you bought is the most beautiful I've ever seen! I was even thinking about ordering a new Peregrine like that!
Believe me, you won't regret buying that bow. All Abe's bows are masterpieces and they all shoot incredibly well.
Tell us how she shoots and what your thoughts are after receiving it?

Flying Dutchman,
   Thanks for the comments. I agree with you, I stared at that bow every day for a solid week before my wife finally pushed me over the edge and told me to either buy it or quit googling over it!! It should be here this week and I can't wait to give it a shot. It will be my first longbow. I'm glad to hear your comments on the bows performance. That was the hardest part about buying the bow is not being able to hold and shoot the bow beforehand.

Todd, first of all: congrats with a fantastic wife! I;ve been staring at that bow too, but my wife didn't encourage me to buy it.....

I know what you mean with the hard part. I live in The Netherlands, so buying a Cari-bow was quite an adventure, I can assure you that. I read a lot of reviews and especially liked the review of Pete Ward.
Cari-bows are all sweet to draw, smokin' fast and reliabe. And Abe's craftmanship is second to none!

But here is the deal: if you might be dissapointed, just ship it to me!

Ha! Ha! I will keep you in mind, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Yes I have a great wife who is very supportive of my addiction to bows and hunting. I also made my decision based on the reviews and the posts on this website, in fact I was keeping track of your posts with your Perigrine and that helped alot to. Thanks and congrats to you also.

Abe makes some very nice bows, and the Silver Fox is definately one.
 I don't have a Fox, but have shot them and I like them, a lot.
  Now for the grey Haired Flying Dutchman, : I  think it will look cool with you, the "Aluminimum Coyote", shooting a "Silver Fox".  :)

Well thank you Pete!But I tend to think more of myself as a grey wolf then an Aluminium coyote. or do I mis somethng here, does Aluminium Coyote also has a double meaning?

Here's a couple pics of mine. I can't say enough good about this bow. Super accurate and smooth shooting.
