I've never had a problem with them.  I'd try email.  I try to support our Trad mail order, but check prices on both.  Very hard to beat FS.

I gave up on them after having problems a few times years ago. They charged my credit card for items that were back ordered. I called them up and they didn't expect the items in for a couple of months which I didn't like. Then i had some problems with an order being short on items so I gave up on them.

I would do business with trad gangers any time that it's possible myself, but at this stage in the game I have to go with what's cheapest or on sale. Not much money to play with right now and I needed arrows.

I sent them an email last night and haven't got a reply yet. Might try calling again?

I'm sure your right about that Frank, but the truth is I'm still trying to get caught up on my peeled and prepped staves from this past winter. I got hit for nearly every single one, I've only got 2 left that are peeled, sealed, and prepped on my sponsor classified ad page.

Bad news is the arrows I ordered ain't coming.
I just got off the phone with them and they sold out before my order was filled and they aren't making them anymore. So that deal is a gonner.  :banghead:

I knew it was too good to be true and when it seems like it's too good to be true........it usually is.   :(
So I'm still looking for a good deal on some shafts.   :banghead:

Same here.  For all my trouble (3 different phone calls) they wouldn't even substitute other arrows for a $5 difference without deducting then re-running charges (and didn't even have the ability to do that easily).  That, and they said I can't get my refund for a while due to some guy not being there, and b/c the computer guy isn't around they can't take the arras off the website.

I placed my last order with them, but am hoping their FS arrow saw I ordered is better than their service!

FS has never been known for their customer service.
I'm lucky in that I live close enough to drive over to get what I order. But even then I limit my purchases with them to feathers, nocks, and field points.
They've converted almost their entire shop to softball and baseball bats. I keep asking them if they're closing the archery stuff but they deny it. However, the last time I went in for feathers they didn't have a couple colors and said they haven't ordered feathers in some months and didn't know when they'd be getting any to restock.

I'll not attempt to business with them ever again. To leave an ad up for items that are on sale when the items aren't even available, then allow people to purchase such false items is either just plain stupid or deceitful.........either one is wrong in my book. Plus the communication on their behalf sucks.

That's 3-strikes against them.....there won't be a next time.
