I've seen that boy shoot, he is a "Natural"!
Why I've seen him shoot the eye out of a runnin skunk at 50yds. with a willow stick and a old shoe-string. Just like his Dad!!!
Get him somethin NICE!

These are all great bows. Dave Windauer from Schafer Silvertip makes a kids longbow too. Worth looking at in your quest. Affordable too.

I would go with Black Rhino. They make a good bow at reasonable price and have a trade in policy as ti-guy stated. I have used them in the past and would reccomend them. Another plus is they are well stocked and their is very little wait time.
